Don observes:

On corporate image:
More often than not, corporate identity — whether on paper or online — is the only thing a customer will ever see of your company. Therefore, you get only one chance to make a first impression. Those most keenly interested in making that a lasting and positive one will insist on a seasoned pro with a solid track record to handle this all-important work. It costs far less to get it right the first time than it does to fix it later or to go through life apologizing for poor corporate image because you got a "bargain," or someone you know "did you a favor." The general public will tolerate bad design because they're accustomed to it; that's why good design is so very powerful and memorable and refreshing.

a man of success

a man of value.
